Public Notice – Notice of FONSI and NOI-RROF for CD Programming: Innovation Square Phase 2
In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the environmental review for Innovation Square Phase 2 is now available for public comment. The following project has been reviewed and are Requesting for Release of Funds:
Innovation Square Phase 2 ("Innovation-Square-Phase-2-Affordable-Housing")
Additionally, there has been a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for this project.
This project is within the City's Bureau of Housing Development, which is providing funding for this project in partnership with Cuyahoga County.
The project will service the City of Cleveland in accordance with HUD goals and objectives. This multifamily housing development will increase the density of safe, habitable residences in the City's Fairfax neighborhood.
The environmental review record (ERR) for this project is available upon request at Cleveland City Hall 601 Lakeside Ave or at https://cpd.hud.gov/cpd-public/environmental-reviews.
