Cian Group announces decision to redomicile CIAN PLC
Moscow, 5 May 2025 - International public joint stock company CIAN TECHNOLOGY LTD ("IPJSC CIAN", "Cian Group" or "Company"; MOEX: CNRU), announces that on 30 April 2025 shareholders of the Cypriot company CIAN PLC (subsidiary of IPJSC CIAN, former holding company of Cian Group) decided to redomicile the company to the Russian Federation, the city of Kaliningrad. The official permission for the relocation of CIAN PLC to Russia will be in the form of a corresponding certificate from the Registrar of Companies of Cyprus. That may take at least six months to obtain.
Redomiciling CIAN PLC is one of the steps in the corporate restructuring of Cian. Its successful completion, among other things, would offer an opportunity to announce and make a dividend payout to shareholders of the company.
