Dentons welcomes lateral hire Vanessa Fennell as a Partner in St. Lucia

Dentons is delighted to welcome Vanessa Fennell, as she returns to the Firm bringing deep multi-jurisdictional experience, established as a Partner across key Caribbean markets. Her appointment underscores Dentons' continued focus on deepening its regional bench strength and expanding its ability to deliver seamless, multi-jurisdictional corporate and finance support to clients across the Caribbean.

Vanessa has advised on a broad range of onshore, offshore and cross-border corporate finance transactions. Her practice covers corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate finance, banking, securities, and real estate, supporting clients on complex, cross-border legal and regulatory issues, advising on matters spanning multiple jurisdictions, with particular experience in St. Lucia, Antigua & Barbuda, Jamaica, and Saint Kitts & Nevis.
