Amended En Banc Order Re: Required Review of Claims by Attorney for Debtor

The Court has issued an amended en banc order regarding required review of claims by debtors' attorneys. With the amended en banc order, the Court is issuing an updated Notice of Responsibilities Form that must be filed in any chapter 7 or chapter 13 case commenced on or after February 23, 2026. The updated Notice of Responsibilities forms are posted in the Official Local Forms menu.
As specified in the en banc order, the claims review responsibilities continue to be in effect for any claim filed on or after August 1, 2025, and the updated Notice of Responsibilities form must be filed for any chapter 7 or chapter 13 case commenced on or after February 23, 2026.
