NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, COMMUNITY, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

On July 7, 2026, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulations in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern updating regulations for the Board of Professional Counselor fees.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on July 22, 2026, and are effective on August 21, 2026. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 259, October 2026, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
