11th Street Bridge over the Floyd River Closure Update

The City of Sioux City Engineering Division announces an update to the closure of 11th Street Bridge over the Floyd River. The City's contractor will begin emergency repairs today and all repairs are expected to be completed in 2 to 3 weeks, weather permitting. The 11th Street Bridge will remain closed until repairs are complete.
Motorists are advised to use the posted detour route that utilizes Business 75 / Lewis Boulevard, 6th Street, and Hoeven Drive or find an alternative route.
