The Court has issued General Order 210, which governs the use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) for all pleadings, motions, and papers filed in Court proceedings. General Order 210 is effective January 1, 2026. General Order 210 is available HERE.

In addition, the new attestation form will be posted and effective on January 1, 2026:
