Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Chinese Embassy in Maldives He Fen Attends “Chinese Ambassador Cup” Football Game Awarding Ceremony Held by Maldives Immigration

On December 22, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim Ms. He Fen attended "Chinese Ambassador Cup" Football Match Awarding Ceremony held by Maldives Immigration. Mr. Mohamed Shamaan Waheed, Controller General of Maldives Immigration, Mr. Ahmed Ashfan, Deputy Controller General of Maldives Immigration and heads of departments attended. 

He Fen congratulated the winning team, thanked the Maldives Immigration for its support and cooperation with the Chinese Embassy, and expressed expectation of strengthening coordination and cooperation with the Maldives Immigration to provide more convenience for the entry and exit of Chinese citizens in the Maldives, to promote personnel exchanges between the two countries and the development of China-Maldives comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership. 

Waheed thanked the Chinese Embassy for its support to Maldives Immigration over the years and the holding of the "Chinese Ambassador Cup" Football Match, and expressed willingness to actively support and cooperate with the Chinese Embassy to provide more convenience and quality services for Chinese citizens in Maldives.
