Great Place to Work Survey is Live

For the fifth consecutive year, the UT System is participating in the Great Place to Work® survey to better understand the employee experience and identify opportunities to strengthen our workplace culture.

A random sample of 5,000 employees will be invited to participate. If selected, your confidential feedback is important - it helps the UT System understand what it's doing well, where improvements can be made and how it can continue building a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Please watch for the survey in your inbox and take a few minutes to share your perspective. Additional details are included below.

  • This confidential survey will be sent on Aug. 10 to a random sampling of 5,000 employees across the UT System.

  • If selected to participate, you will receive an email from Great Place to Work with the subject line "Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Survey." The message will come from [email protected] with the sender listed as "Great Place to Work."

  • Your individual responses will remain strictly confidential and will be reported only in aggregate.

  • The survey will be open from Aug. 10 through Aug. 24 and should take about 12 minutes to complete.

  • For more than 30 years, Great Place to Work has been recognized as a global authority on building high-trust, high-performance cultures that drive employee engagement and organizational success.

  • The UT System has partnered with Great Place to Work, an independent third party, to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of this process. Your honest feedback is invaluable, as it will guide our efforts to foster a culture that meets your needs and aspirations.
