Welcoming New Academic Public Health Leaders

ASPPH is pleased to welcome three outstanding academic leaders to our community as they assume new roles leading graduate public health programs across the country. Each brings a wealth of experience, a commitment to academic excellence, and a passion for improving the health of the communities they serve.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Jordan Miller as Director of the Arizona State University School of Technology for Public Health MPH Program. We look forward to partnering with Dr. Miller as the program continues to prepare the next generation of public health leaders through innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.

We are also delighted to welcome Dr. Andrea Huseth-Zosel as Director of the Graduate Public Health Program in the Department of Public Health at North Dakota State University. Her leadership will help advance the program's mission of educating public health professionals dedicated to improving the health and well-being of rural and frontier communities and beyond.

Finally, we welcome Dr. Jane Chung-Do as Chair of the Department of Public Health Sciences and leader of the Graduate Public Health Program at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. A respected scholar and community-engaged leader, Dr. Chung-Do brings deep expertise in health equity, community partnerships, and population health that will further strengthen the university's impact across Hawaiʻi and the Pacific region.

We are excited to welcome Drs. Miller, Huseth-Zosel, and Chung-Do to the ASPPH community. We look forward to working alongside them as they lead their institutions, foster innovation in public health education, and help prepare the future public health workforce.
