You asked for it, and we're delivering. The Apex Centre is excited to announce several improvements this Fall and Spring 2026. These improvements result from member feedback, aging amenities, and operational efficiencies that will enhance your experience.

Upcoming & Current Improvements

1. Floor Renovation - Group Exercise Studio 2:
   • Our Group Exercise Studio 2 is getting a fresh, refinished floor. You'll love the smoother surface for every lunge, leap, and stretch.
     • Start Date: Tuesday, Nov. 4
     • Estimated Completion Timeframe: November 2025
     • Effected Areas: Please check the SPIVI app for updates to the Group Exercise Schedule. Studio 1 and Water Aerobics classes will continue as normal while we enhance your workout space.
2. New - Outdoor Fence:
   • A brand-new fence on the east side of the building will create a secure, designated area for various opportunities in the sunshine. More space, more options, more energy!
     • Start Date: Oct. 2025
     • Estimated Completion Timeframe: Fall 2025
     • Effected Areas: This outdoor project won't affect facility access or programs. Enjoy all areas as usual during construction.
3. New - Gymnasium Upgrades:
   • Project includes:
     • Court Flooring Renovation
     • Partition Replacement
     • New - Overhead Volleyball Net System
   • We're taking your playtime to the next level with a refinished gym floor, brand-new divider partition, and new overhead volleyball net system. That means more flexibility, quicker setup, and even more fun. Less waiting, more playing!
     • Start Date: January 2026
     • Estimated Completion Timeframe: January 2026
     • Effected Areas: The Gymnasium will be closed during renovations. Thank you for your patience as we upgrade the space to ensure smoother play and faster game transitions.
4. Outdoor Leisure Pool Refresh
   • The outdoor pool will soon sparkle with brand-new plaster for a smoother, cleaner, and more elevated swimming experience that feels as good as it looks.
     • Start Date: Spring 2026
     • Estimated Completion Timeframe: May 2026
     • Effected Areas: The Outdoor Leisure Pool is already closed for the season, so this project won't impact members or programs. The refreshed pool will be ready to welcome you back for next summer's swim season!

   • Routine maintenance is performed every 3-5 years to ensure the floor's integrity.
2. How can I find out if my group exercise classes are canceled or changed?
   • Please check the SPIVI app for updates to group exercise schedules. All Studio 1 and Water Aerobics classes will proceed as scheduled.
3. Are there any alternatives to the gymnasium being closed?
