ISDA has announced that two directors have been elected to the ISDA board and two new directors have been appointed, as ISDA's 40th Annual General Meeting gets underway in Boston.

Biographies of the new directors:
Tom Ceusters is Director and Chief Investment Officer, Treasury Asset Management, at WBG. In this role, he is responsible for the liquid asset portfolios of all WBG entities, including the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association and the International Finance Corporation, as well as Reserve Advisory & Management Partnership clients, trust funds and financial intermediary funds, overseeing total assets under management exceeding $300 billion. He also leads the WBG Treasury's capital markets advisory function and directs the Secretariat of the Joint Capital Markets Program.
Before joining WBG in 2018, Mr. Ceusters was Managing Director and Head of Assets, Funding & Markets, at Dexia New York.
Viet-Linh Ha Thuc is Head of Global Markets, Asia Pacific, at Natixis. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking Asia Pacific and the Global Markets Management Committee.
Prior to joining Natixis in 2015, Mr. Ha Thuc was Global Head of Fixed Income Derivatives and Japan Equity Structured Products Trading at Daiwa Securities. He previously held senior trading and markets roles at Credit Agricole and Credit Lyonnais.
Joana Schlenczek is Global Head of Rates Structuring and Client Solutions at Banco Santander S.A. In her current role, she leads a team focused on delivering investment and risk management solutions across derivatives, structured notes, financing and repack transactions for institutional clients.
Before her current role, Ms. Schlenczek was Head of Capital Release Group Rates Strategy and Solutions at Deutsche Bank.
Suzanne Sprague is CME Group's Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Clearing, a role she has held since 2024, having previously served as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Clearing and Post-Trade Services. Since joining CME Group in 2002, Ms. Sprague has held several leadership positions across financial and risk management, including Managing Director, Credit and Liquidity Risk, Risk Policy and Banking.
