I would particularly like to commend the forum's organisers for their dedicated efforts and efficient contribution to supporting highly relevant charitable initiatives aimed at preserving the unique historical and architectural heritage of the Kaliningrad Region, known as the Amber Land.

This festival takes place in the year that marks the Kaliningrad Region's 80^th anniversary. I am positive it will be a highlight in the cultural life of both Russia and its westernmost territory, leaving everyone with unforgettable impressions and warm, sincere emotions."
