Special Announcement: Nominate a Youth Leader for Generation 2026!

Do you know an exceptional young person making a difference in their community through sports, leadership, or advocacy?

The Centre for Sport and Human Rights is now accepting nominations for Generation 2026: Advancing Safer, Youth-Inclusive Sports-an exciting initiative aimed at identifying and uplifting youth leaders (ages 16-24) who are committed to making sports safer, more inclusive, and more empowering for everyone.

What is Generation 2026?
It's a national program that will spotlight and support young leaders working to ensure sports are a force for good-prioritizing equity, safety, and human rights ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America.

Why nominate?
Selected youth leaders will receive support, training, and opportunities to collaborate with peers across the U.S. and Canada, gaining national exposure for their work and ideas.

Who can be nominated?
Youth aged 16-24 who demonstrate leadership in sports or youth empowerment-whether on the field, in the classroom, or through community advocacy.

¿Conoces a una persona joven excepcional que esté marcando la diferencia en su comunidad a través del deporte, el liderazgo o la defensa de los derechos?

El Centro para el Deporte y los Derechos Humanos está aceptando nominaciones para Generation 2026: Avanzando hacia un Deporte más Seguro e Inclusivo para la Juventud-una emocionante iniciativa que busca identificar y elevar a líderes juveniles (de entre 16 y 24 años) comprometidos con hacer del deporte un espacio más seguro, inclusivo y empoderador para todos.

¿Qué es Generation 2026?

The Office of Equity & Inclusion

Our mission is to advance equity, inclusion, and social justice so all Dallasites can thrive. The office relies on the use of disaggregated data, community outreach, and resident voices to support the City of Dallas in understanding and addressing disparities to improve outcomes for all residents. Promotes social justice and ensures equitableaccess to services among Dallas' diverse communities.
