(Lower) McKinnon Street - Summer Road Closure

Beginning Monday, July 6, lower McKinnon Street will be closed to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic between Front Street and Church Street.

This full closure is required for the McKinnon Street Reconstruction Project, which includes replacing water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure, as well as rebuilding the sidewalks and the roadway. The project is scheduled for completion by late October 2026.

For the safety of the public and construction crews, please stay entirely out of the construction zone and obey all posted signage. Residents and visitors are urged to use alternative routes and exercise caution when traveling near the area.
