BOZEMAN - The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Montana State University will host its spring semester reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, at Hope Lutheran Church, 2152 W. Graf St., in Bozeman. The event is free and open to the public.
OLLI at MSU's reception will bring together lifelong learners from the Gallatin Valley and beyond to learn about upcoming educational programs and events, meet instructors and view prerecorded presentations from spring course leaders. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
Volunteers and staff will be present to answer attendees' questions about the spring semester schedule and registration. Registration opens on Thursday, Jan. 8, and will not be accepted at the reception.
OLLI at MSU offers a variety of noncredit courses, lectures, tours, book discussion groups, public forums and other activities for members and the public. It is a program of MSU's Academic Technology and Outreach for individuals ages 50 and older.
