TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the appointment of Sandy Sims to the Board of Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc.
Sandy Sims
Sims is a Northwest Florida community leader and former Director of External Relations for Gulf Power Company. Over a nearly 40-year career, she held roles in external affairs, economic development, community development, and operations, including as district general manager in the Panama City area. Sims previously chaired the Niceville Chamber of Commerce and the board of WSRE public television. She is a founding board member and past president of Impact 100 of Northwest Florida and served as chair of the Northwest Florida State College Board of Trustees. Sims graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School and the University of West Florida.
