Allyson Jones named Community Office Manager at First United’s Riverside Office
Nakisha Aviles-Broadnax, Regional Retail Manager at First United Bank & Trust, is proud to welcome Allyson Jones as the Community Office Manager of the Riverside Office in Frederick, MD.
In this role, Jones will oversee the operations of the Community Office, ensuring it meets the financial needs of the local market while maintaining compliance with all policies and regulations. She will lead strategic initiatives, manage staff, and drive performance in alignment with retail goals.
With seven years of banking experience, Jones brings a strong foundation in customer service and operational excellence to her new role. She previously served as a membership officer and bank teller, assisting customers with loan and credit card applications, account openings, and financial solutions. She also has experience leading meetings and training sessions, and is skilled in operations, team building, and staff development. She studied human services at Hagerstown Community College.
"Her presence will reinforce teams' commitment to providing uncommon service while cultivating a thoughtful and engaged community presence," Aviles-Broadnax said.
In her free time, Jones works with dogs, teaching beginner basic command classes and helping them when they are transitioning from adoption agencies into their new homes. She also enjoys reading and collecting special edition books.
