Axcel Partners with LS Retail

Fried Frank advised LS Retail, a leading independent provider of vertical software for the retail and hospitality industries, on its agreement to be acquired by Axcel from Aptos, a US-based leader in retail technology solutions owned by funds managed by Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.
