2026 June formal enforcements

On 22 June 2026, the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (the Department) accepted an Enforceable Undertaking from AWJ Civil Pty Ltd, for clearing regrowth Cumberland Plain Woodland outside the approved development boundary of Augusta Street Warehouse and Distribution Centre.

AWJ Civil Pty Ltd has undertaken to:

Make a financial contribution of $45,000 to Greater Sydney Landcare and its' Cumberland Plain Restoration Program. This includes:

  • planting of new Cumberland Plain Woodland
  • targeted post-fire weed control at established sites
  • installation of habitat for threatened fauna
  • monitoring for threatened species
  • support volunteer bush regeneration and ecological monitoring programs.
