Washington, DC, Sept. 18, 2025 - Business aviation professionals will enjoy a host of unique educational and networking opportunities in an informal, relaxed setting on the exhibit floor of the 2025 National Business Aviation Association Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) coming to Las Vegas Oct. 14-16.

Located at the NBAA Booth No. 672 at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, the NBAA-BACE Connection Zone offers a comfortable and functional space where attendees can meet and network with their peers, members of NBAA's operations staff and NBAA committee volunteers.

"As we continue to find new ways to enhance the NBAA-BACE experience, it's equally important for members to know they have a 'home base' to engage with each other outside the session rooms, where different cohorts can seek each other out and where all attendees can go to find their people," said Jo Damato, CAM, NBAA senior vice president for events and professional engagement.

The following Connection Zone events are confirmed for NBAA-BACE:

Tuesday, Oct. 14

10:30-11:15 a.m. - Flight Attendant and Flight Technician Meetup

Mingle with the NBAA Flight Attendants Committee and connect with fellow flight attendants and flight technicians.

1:15-2 p.m. - NBAA Local & Regional Group Networking

Are you interested in engaging at a grassroots level within your area, state or region? Would you like to start a new local business aviation group, or become involved with an existing group in your area? Join members of the NBAA Local and Regional Group Committee at this informal networking event.

3:30-4:15 p.m. - Schedulers & Dispatchers Meetup

Join members of the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee for a Q&A session focusing on professional development and community engagement within business aviation. Don't miss this opportunity to meet committee members and get a sneak peek at the 2026 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference.

Wednesday, Oct. 15

9:30-10:15 a.m. - Alpha Eta Rho Student and Alumni Meetup

Active members and alumni of the aviation fraternity are encouraged to gather, meet and connect with others to explore future career paths in business aviation. Discuss the opportunities available in the industry and how to get your foot in the door.

11-11:45 a.m.- Military Meetup

NBAA-BACE Military Connect participants are encouraged to attend this special reception to meet with NBAA volunteer leaders and explore civilian business aviation careers in operations/aircrew, maintenance, ground support and other areas. "This is a chance for transitioning military personnel to step away from the formal sessions and meet with other veterans and their supporters within our industry," Damato said.

12:30-1:15 p.m. - Q&A with the CAM Governing Board

Learn how to qualify and earn the Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) certification. CAM Governing Board directors will be available to meet with attendees one-on-one, while current CAMs are invited to network with potential candidates and explain their path to certification.

1:30-2:15 p.m. - 2025 Intern Meetup

Now in its third year, this informal networking event is for anyone with recent experience as an intern in business aviation to meet up, share their experiences and learn about NBAA efforts to create a network of intern alumni.

Taking place Oct. 14-16, NBAA-BACE is the world's most powerful business aviation event of the year, showcasing the industry's latest innovations and services, and hosting the leaders who are shaping its future. Learn more about NBAA-BACE.
