As part of the transition to prisma, RSPO's new IT platform, we are inviting all RSPO members with plantation assets [supply bases: directly managed land (and estates) and scheme smallholders and outgrowers] to review and resubmit their Disclosure and Shapefile (concession boundary data).
prisma is RSPO's new IT platform designed to replace the current system, PalmTrace, and enhance certification, trade, and traceability processes. The platform integrates advanced tools such as prisma's TraceMark for hotspot monitoring, deforestation risk assessment, and geospatial analysis (RSPO Secretariat usage).
The launch date for prisma is 2 February 2025 as per our official announcement. This transition represents a significant step in improving RSPO's systems and ensuring data accuracy for compliance monitoring.
While the resubmission is strongly recommended, it is essential for ensuring alignment with prisma's updated Disclosure and Shapefile template and to ensure seamless pre-audit and audit processes that will be fully conducted in prisma by your appointed accredited Certification Body by June 2025.
Additionally, this exercise will adhere to the Interim Measures for Disclosure and Continuity of Certification approved by the Assurance Standing Committee (ASC). These measures, outlined on 29 December 2023, remain in effect to support certification continuity during this transition. Learn more about the interim measures here.
This resubmission applies to all RSPO P&C growers and their scheme smallholders, covering both certified and non-certified supply bases. A separate Disclosure must be submitted for each supply base.
A separate announcement will be issued for Independent Smallholder (ISH) growers..

Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and successful transition to prisma.
