DGA Statement on Steve Hilton Advancing to the November Election For California Governor

DGA Executive Director Meghan Meehan-Draper released the following statement in response to Steve Hilton advancing to the November election for governor in California:

"Trump-endorsed extremist Steve Hilton is the last person Californians need or want as their governor. He backed ICE raids targeting schools and communities, wants to kick millions of Californians off their health insurance, and even supports allowing anti-abortion states to prosecute California doctors for providing legal abortion care.

"The DGA has wasted no time holding Hilton accountable for his dangerous MAGA agenda, and we look forward to ensuring he doesn't get anywhere near the governor's office this November."
