New Phase of David Weekley Homes Coming Soon to Leander Estates

David Weekley Homes will soon be opening a new phase in Leander Estates.

Austin, TX (July 21, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon introduce a new phase of additional homesites in the master-planned Leander community of Leander Estates. The new phase will include additional one-acre homesites featuring the floor plans currently available in the community.

The floor plans range from approximately 2,500 to 5,000 square feet and include the option of an additional casita. The one- and two-story homes feature four to five bedrooms, three to five full baths, up to two half baths, and three- to four-car garages.

Residents in Leander Estates have access to outdoor recreation at Benbrook Ranch Park and Devine Lake Park, as well as the nearby rail station leading to downtown Austin. Students within the community attend Leander ISD schools.
