A well-known litigator throughout Northern California, Dale represents clients on a wide range of complex commercial disputes, litigation, arbitration and enforcement proceedings, with a focus in the technology sector. His experience includes high-profile consumer class actions, including claims of false advertising, unfair competition, trademark infringement, and data privacy violations. Dale has litigated dozens of complex commercial cases, including significant contract disputes, antitrust, theft of confidential information, asset valuation and securities fraud matters for many of the leading companies in Silicon Valley. Over his career, Dale has advised more than 800 companies at all stages of growth in formal proceedings as well as resolving disputes prior to litigation.

Dale received his BA from UC Davis and his JD from UC Davis School of Law, Order of the Coif. He was the Senior Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review. Dale is licensed to practice in California.
