The sole purpose of this filing is to delay the effectiveness of Post-Effective Amendment No. 14, which was filed with the Commission on March 13, 2025 (the "Amendment"), solely with respect to Capital Group High Yield Bond ETF, until June 12, 2025. Parts A, B and C of the Amendment are incorporated by reference herein.
