Alpine's Founder & CEO Graham Weaver joins Global Markets Reporter Jill Malandrino on Nasdaq TradeTalks to discuss our CEO-in-training program and how we inspire leaders to strive for better retention, stronger companies, and more diverse management teams.

"If you're hiring a CEO and you're a typical private equity firm and you have a healthcare software company, and you say, 'go find me people that have run healthcare software companies for ten years and I want a diverse candidate," for example, that battle was won or lost by definition ten years ago," Weaver tells Malandrino. "We hire people right out of MBA programs and we train them so they can become CEO. We give a path to women and underrepresented minorities to become CEO. We're increasing the pool because we're starting a lot earlier in their careers."
