Study visit to Brussel for journalists from the Republic of Moldova

The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova will organise a study visit to the European Union institutions in Brussels for a group of Moldovan journalists in the week 17 -21 November 2025. The visit coincides with the EU Enlargement Forum, which will take place on 18 November 2025. Interested journalists are invited to submit their applications by 19 October 2025.

The programme aims to strengthen Moldovan journalists' understanding of the functioning of EU institutions, EU enlargement policy, and the EU-Moldova cooperation framework. Participants will also have the opportunity to follow and report on discussions from the EU Enlargement Forum.

The visit will include meetings with representatives of EU institutions, European media organisations, and NGOs based in Brussels. In addition, the programme features a one-day training session in Chisinau on the EU's institutional structure and foreign policy prior to departure.

All participation costs will be fully covered by the European Union.

This initiative is part of a series of study visits organised by the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova since 2015. The programme aims to promote knowledge of European best practices and to enhance professional skills among Moldovan journalists by offering direct exposure to EU institutions and communication frameworks.
