Baker McKenzie has advised the sellers on the sale of Creamy Creations, a leading manufacturer of emulsified beverage solutions, to the STOCKMEIER Group.
        The transaction marks a strategic expansion of STOCKMEIER's presence in the international food and beverage sector, particularly in the high-growth alcoholic and nutritional beverage categories. It also enables enhanced service offerings across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage segments. The combined capabilities of STOCKMEIER and Creamy Creation are expected to generate synergies in product innovation and international market development.
        
        Baker McKenzie advised the sellers on the legal aspects of the transaction.
