On October 5, 2026, Brent Pope notified AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc. (the "Company") of his intention to retire from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective November 30, 2026. Mr. Pope's decision to retire was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.

Mr. Pope is expected to assist with the transition of his responsibilities through the effective date of his retirement. The Company will commence a search for a successor.
