Spokane County treatment provider suspended due to crossing professional boundaries

OLYMPIA - State health officials suspended the credential of Spokane County substance use disorder professional Beth Floyd (CP61138513) pending further legal action.

Charges state that Floyd committed unprofessional conduct when they crossed professional boundaries by entering into a relationship with a patient.

Floyd cannot practice in Washington until the charges against their credential are resolved. They have 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing.
