Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the appointment of Kapil Chadda as a Partner in its Financial Services (FS) practice. Based in ADL's Dubai office, Kapil will support banking, insurance, sovereign wealth funds, government and infrastructure fund clients. He brings over 30 years of experience within corporate and investment banking, M&A, capital markets and corporate/advisory work.
Kapil was formerly Vice Chairman at HSBC's Global Banking & Markets business covering Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye and, prior to that, held senior roles at Bank of America, based in the Middle East, Türkiye, US and UK. Most recently he has been a senior independent advisor, working with clients including Saudi National Bank (SNB) and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Assignments have included acting as Transaction advisor and Chief Integration Officer for the $47 billion merger between NCB and Samba which led to the formation of SNB in 2021. He has also advised on key areas, such as M&A, strategic change management, integration, digital and business transformation.

Kapil holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the City University, London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
