Serritella to Speak at IMN Bank Special Assets Midwest Conference

Taft Chicago partner and Commercial Litigation Practice Group co-chair William Serritella Jr. will moderate the session "Challenges and Keys to Success Around Using Litigation" at the IMN Bank Special Assets Midwest Conference on Sept. 9. Serritella focuses his practice on banking, creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience as an appellate lawyer, having handled numerous appeals in various federal and state courts. Serritella is a frequent lecturer on various topics, including commercial and real estate workouts, receivership, Uniform Commercial Code issues, trial practice, appellate practice, contract law, sales commission protection acts, employment discrimination, and alternative billing practices.
