Excessive record-keeping obligations represent a burden for users of plant protection products that is hard to explain. Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/564 goes into too much detail.

1.To what extent is it guaranteed that the data requested is used only for agricultural statistics and not to monitor the use of plant protection products?
2.How can the scope of data be limited to what is essential? What role is played at national level in this regard?
3.What is the added value of plant protection documentation for the general public and farms themselves? What are the additional economic costs for farms and administrations?
