    JFK ST
    Abbas Ozier, 43, of Boston, was arrested on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealment after an employee of a JFK St. business reported Ozier had stolen merchandise. It was later discovered that Ozier had active warrants out of courts in Somerville, Roxbury, and Chelsea.
