NORWALK, Conn., May. 28, 2026 - FactSet (NYSE:FDS) (NASDAQ:FDS), a global financial digital platform and enterprise solutions provider, announced updates to the constituent selection rules for the FactSet Asia Semiconductor Index methodology, effective for the upcoming index rebalance on June 26, 2026. These updates are designed to better capture and reflect the dynamic and rapid development of the Asia semiconductor industry.

Section 1.5: The index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly after the close of the 4th Friday of March, June, September, and December each year ("Reconstitution Day" and "Rebalance Day")…The data used to reconstitute and rebalance the index is as of the close of 2nd Friday in March, June, September, and December ("Selection Day") each year. |

Section 2.1.6: Individual security weights are capped at 15.0%, and excess weights are redistributed proportionally among remaining uncapped securities. If this redistribution leads to additional security weights exceeding 15.0%, the aforementioned redistribution process is repeated iteratively until no security weight exceeds 15.0%. |

Section 3.3: Fast entry rule: An initial public offering (IPO) stock may be eligible for fast-track addition to the index between scheduled reconstitution or rebalance periods five days after listing, provided it meets minimum liquidity and all other required selection criteria, and ranks above the 50th percentile by float-adjusted market capitalization relative to existing index constituents. |
