WORST OF THE WORST: ICE Arrests Murderers, Pedophiles, and Drug Traffickers

WASHINGTON -- Over the weekend, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested criminal illegal aliens across the country, including those convicted for heinous crimes including murder, sexual assault of a child, and drug trafficking.

"While Americans enjoyed their weekend, the patriots of ICE worked around the clock to remove murderers, pedophiles, drug traffickers, and other public safety threats from our communities," said Secretary of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin. "Under President Trump, ICE has been unleashed to deliver the American people's mandate to arrest and remove illegal aliens from our country. We will always put the safety of the American people first."

This weekend's arrests include:

Ramon Bonifacio, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, convicted for murder and cocaine possession in Mineola, New York.

Juan Nunez-Avalos, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for voluntary manslaughter, carjacking, and possession of a weapon in prison in Los Angeles, California.

Hector Chavez-Ramos, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted for sexual assault/sodomy of a minor in Auburn, Alabama.

Gerardo Mato-Herrera, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for continuous sexual abuse of a child in Santa Clara, California.

David Jean Charles Pena-Melo, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, convicted for lewd or lascivious acts with a minor, sex assault, and drug trafficking in Shirley, Massachusetts.

John Alejandro Manrique-Osorio, a criminal illegal alien from Colombia, convicted for luring or enticing a child for indecent purposes in Hudson County, New Jersey.

Carlos Coello-Gonzalez, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba, convicted for kidnapping, robbery, and drug trafficking in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Francisco Sanchez-Villarreal, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for possession with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine in McAllen, Texas.

Agustin Naranjo-Chavez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for conspiracy to distribute at least 500 grams of methamphetamine in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.

Phuoc Nguyen-Ngoc, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, convicted for possession with intent to distribute and burglary in Los Angeles, California.

Oniel Barzey, a criminal illegal alien from Montserrat, convicted for manufacture with intent to deliver and possession of prohibited firearms in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Jesus Flores-Canales, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for drug trafficking in the Western District of Oklahoma.

Osmar Lopez-Joya, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for transportation of child pornography in Brooklyn, New York.

Carlos Ernesto Montecinos, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, convicted for malicious wounding, immigration document fraud, and credit card fraud in Fairfax, Virginia.

Salomon Hernandez-Najera, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for second-degree burglary in Rensselaer County, New York.
