Temporary Change to Normal Drawbridge Operating Schedule of the Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge

The City of Green Bay's Department of Public Works is announcing a temporary change to the drawbridge operating schedule of the Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge (Dousman and Main Streets) for maintenance activities. From Tuesday, January 6, 2026, to Monday, March 9, 2026, the bridge will be secured to masted navigation. Vessels able to pass under the bridge may do so at any time. Motorists shall be advised that the bridge will remain open to vehicular traffic with limited-duration single-lane closures occurring during this timeframe, which may cause back-ups.

The bridge will be secured to masted navigation from January 6 through March 9, 2026.

Limited-duration single-lane closures in each direction along Main Street will occur from North Broadway to North Washington Street.
