Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Ville Tavio will visit Sweden on 15-17 January. He will be accompanied by a large delegation of Finnish businesses.
A record-large business delegation of nearly 40 companies and over 60 business representatives will participate in a Team Finland trade mission organised together with Business Finland and the Savo region entrepreneurs' association. The aim of the visit is to showcase Finnish expertise to Northern Sweden. The visit agenda includes several business visits and events in Luleå and Boden. Minister Ville Tavio will also meet Governor of Norrbotten County Lotta Finnstorp.
"The visit aims to further strengthen the role of Finnish companies in the value and production chains related to Sweden's industrial transition and to highlight Finnish expertise in developing solutions to security and security of supply as well as to industrial transition," Minister Tavio says.
