The Board of Commissioners for Charles County are hereby requesting bids from qualified contractors for to perform construction services on the NPDES Oak Ridge Park East Stream Restoration project. This solicitation is subject to the Small Local Business Enterprise Program (SLBE), in which registered Charles County SLBE firms responding to this solicitation may receive a preference in accordance with the provisions of the Program.
