CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00018669 de 02 de septiembre de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía PROMOTORES INMOBILIARIOS PRONOBIS S.A. cuya oferta pública de la QUINTA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2020-00002415 del 4 de marzo del 2020 por el monto de hasta U$5'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
