Deadline Approaching – Have you transferred your Optum HSA balance to TASC
Plan Information:
- TASC is your health savings account vendor started on Jan. 1, 2026.
- You have till June 30, 2026, to transfer your Optum Financial HSA funds to TASC before it becomes a personal commercial account.
- The transfer form is located online: https://www.tasconline.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/TN-6250-103025-TASC-HSA-Accountholder-Transfer-Form.pdf
- There will be a special Optum email to submit the form, which is located in the top right hand of the form.
- Transferring will be up to 25 business days, 10 business days for Optum to process and close the account, 7-10 business days for UPS ground to mail the check, and 5 business days for TASC to process the funds into the member's account. During this time period you will not have access to these funds so please plan accordingly.
