No-Discharge Zone Cost Analysis Tool for Waters of the Northern Neck VA

The completed "No-Discharge Zone Cost Analysis Tool" used by the EPA during its review of the Commonwealth of Virginia's application to designate certain waters in the Northern Neck peninsula as a vessel sewage no-discharge zone. The Tool comes from the EPA's "Guidance for Vessel Sewage No-Discharge Zone Applications (Clean Water Act Section 312(f))."
