The City of Santa Fe is seeking qualified consultants to develop a five-year Homelessness System Strategic Plan that will help guide the City's response to homelessness over the next five years.
The selected consultant will conduct a needs assessment using qualitative and quantitative data, facilitate strategic goal setting, develop a project management plan, and deliver a final strategic plan by June 2027.
Building on feedback from the recent Mayor's Homelessness Summit and other available data, the plan will create a comprehensive strategic vision that supports City leadership and community stakeholders in implementing coordinated, long-term solutions.
What We're Looking For
The ideal partner will have demonstrated experience addressing homelessness through strategic planning and systems-level work. Experience in the following areas is preferred:
Affordable and low-income housing
Strategic planning
Community engagement
Data and systems management, including the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
Marketing and design
