(DISTHER) cuya oferta pública de la TERCERA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2023-00040427 del 30 de junio de 2023 por el monto de hasta USD $1'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
