CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Continental Resources, Inc. (CMP000205) to modify and operate the Clausen Ranch 25-34-70 ST A PAD (F029753) with the removal of the vapor recovery tower and vapor recovery unit, with one common smokeless dual-tip flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, truck loading and produced gas during pipeline downtime, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 25, T34N, R70W, approximately thirteen (13) miles northeast of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.
