Ernst Names Small Business of the Week, Interpower Corporation

RED OAK, Iowa - To celebrate National Small Business Week, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), Chair of the Senate Small Business Committee, today announced her Small Business of the Week: Interpower Corporation of Mahaska County. Throughout the 119^th Congress, Chair Ernst plans to recognize a small business in each of Iowa's 99 counties.

Bob Wersen founded Interpower Corporation as Panel Components Corporation in 1975 specializing in supplying power systems. In 1993, Bob moved the business to Iowa and has since expanded with locations in Oskaloosa, Lamoni, and Ames. Today, Interpower Corporation continues supplying high-quality, American-made power cord systems locally and internationally, cementing their reputation as the premier supplier of power system components for worldwide markets.
