(b) Wei Hopeman has informed Booking Holdings Inc. (the "Company") that she has decided to retire from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective at the Company's Annual Meeting in June 2025 (the "Annual Meeting"), and therefore is not standing for re-election at the Annual Meeting. The Company and the Board express their appreciation to Ms. Hopeman for her dedicated service on the Board.
