IAA Expands in Central America Market

Growing our new Market Alliance with Moto Leader Group International in Panama will accelerate our efforts to expand services to regional buyers, including:

  • Strategic location serving as gateway for Central and South America

  • Wider access to vehicle inventory for local and regional buyers

  • Improved logistics, faster processing, and localized expertise

  • Enhanced customer service and robust language support

As IAA continually searches for ways to expand access to vehicles in new markets around the world, we know that none of it would be possible without strategic alliances that bring our world class marketplace to countries around the world. To that end, we're proud of our recent expansion in Central America with our latest IAA Market Alliance with Moto Leader Group International. The Moto Leader Group International team will operate an Auction Center that provides services and assistance to local buyers interested in browsing, bidding on and buying from IAA's robust inventory.

What does this mean for Buyers?

This alliance is intended to provide local access to global inventory with full support for local businesses. Moto Leader Group International has built a strong reputation for outstanding service, and we're excited to work with them on offering our suite of products to a group of buyers who prefer a localized flavor of customer support.

Why Panama?

IAA's buyer base in Panama has been expanding for several years while we continually look for ways to strengthen our foothold and enhance customer support in the region. The strategic selection of a local Market Alliance plays a vital role in our expansion efforts and provides vehicle buyers in Panama and neighboring countries with streamlined access to our cutting-edge digital auction platform and a larger pool of inventory. We work with Market Alliances in countries with significant opportunities for growth, choosing them based on reputation and an ability to deliver comprehensive services at the local level.

This new alliance fosters dedicated local service in the region, providing a physical location where customers receive personalized assistance with placing bids and navigating IAA's services. Local representatives are equipped with deep knowledge of both IAA's operations and their local market, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Current market conditions in Panama, including its infrastructure and trade environment, align with IAA's business model.

"We're proud to expand our relationship with IAA and introduce its innovative digital auction platform to the market in Panama," said Lukasz Dziewulski, Owner of MLG International. "Our team is excited to help customers across Panama and neighboring countries navigate the purchasing process."
