Downtown Winter Event Production & Holiday Marketplace Services: Request for Proposals (RFP)
The City of San Rafael is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified event producers to plan, produce, and manage, the City's annual Holiday of Lights: Winter Wonderland celebration, including a Downtown Winter Program & Marketplace. The City intends to select one operator to deliver the event annually for three consecutive years (2026, 2027, 2028). The City encourages proposers to submit either original event concepts or proposals that build upon successful elements of past San Rafael holiday events.
